Needs Testing - Written on ipad...

Concurrency Upped to 8 by default, and can be configured up to whatever the maximum number of ActiveTorrents is in qbit (which i've increased to 20)

DO NOT JUST ASSUME YOU CAN GO HIGHER THAN THIS be reserved!
