Contaminate filtering takes forever

BURST any mode has been able to allow the filtering of contaminate reads quickly. The BURST any mode takes in a query sequences, and returns any valid alignment in the database above the given percent identification. This will be extremely faster than resolving the possible many hits in the contiminate database.

• [x] Update to use the newest version of BURST in the conda dependencies

• [x] Add the BURST any command as a wrapper and use it for contaminate filtering
