Hi,

I read the paper "Evaluating the Information Content of Shallow Shotgun Metagenomics", and try to reproduce the figure 4B, which gives a correlation coefficent of 0.918 between 16S and shotgun profile. I check the codes and ipynbs, and found no methods about this part. Am i missing somewhere?
