Removed legacy code #156

The info about clans had some legacy info from the previous Horace version where users would be assigned a role based on their clan, this removes it.

@cosmiccdev Are my edits going to be merged soon? Otherwise I will probably close them so I don't have to look at them every time I open GitHub
