Some page elements in Night Mode could be improved #267

It looks like the "deleted comment" turns from pale yellow (light mode) to a more saturated yellow (dark mode) and still uses dark-on-light text. I'd suggest inverting it to light-on-dark (maybe with a dark-blue background?), as it does stand out quite a bit this way:

The emoticon selector also has some page elements that aren't affected by the mode:

Also: The progress indicator on the chapter is grey, which is a bit hard to see with default browser themes. (I actually went a few days thinking it had been removed.)

The problem here seems to be that the progress indicator is right on the border between page background and browser UI background. It needs to contrast well with both, even if the browser UI is still dark-on-light.

Maybe this could be some lighter shade of red or yellow?
