New [hr] style looks bad when it's used in the chapter stats pop-up, especially on dark mode #334

Observe the horizontal divider inside the pop-up in the chapter stats: screenshot Ugly, isn't it? This should probably be a regular html <hr> tag, or something like that ... not the custom version with the asterisks in it.
