Library not updating #405

So, I've had a similar issue with this before and it, unfortunately, seems to be back. Either it is an issue with the library itself or perhaps there is an issue with how things are displayed, but for my tracking list it shows that I have an unread chapter but when I click on "view unread chapters" it tells me there's nothing there, same goes for my favourites when I select "view by last updated" the chapters are not ordered properly and many of the chapters that I am certain were updated recently do not appear at all.

Status update, the issue is getting worse, before it said I had one unread chapter but now it's saying I have 4 as well my favourites page is becoming worse as well, nothing is updating properly and things are now out of order. Screenshot (57)
