update for Visual Studio 2017 project files #18

Here's a quick update of the Visual Studio 2017 project files, reflecting the changes in the source files. Unfortunately the projects don't build due to some errors in the SSE2 code, which seem not to compile under VS 2017.

@vividos No, sorry! I am just the maintainer of the Debian packages and got commit rights to this repository at some point. Regarding your PR, I am not using Windows and cannot tell anything about your changes to the Visual Studio files. So, if you could find another user to confirm they are working as intended, I will merge them.
