This is the set of changes on the knip-scijava side required for the new Scripting Node and groundwork for the new ImageJ integration.

Included Changes:

new SubContext to reduce overhead of Context creation.
more robust KNIME specific SciJava Services.
removal of obsolete Service (https://github.com/knime-ip/knip-scijava/commit/c624dfa5e0546fee1b7dc76bdff32d97be0dbd54)
removal of windows newline characters.
