Load Command Node #56

Nodes with following properties:

Select CommandXY.class file in Dialog.
Save file in Dialog.
Create Dialog Tab from CommandXY.class.
Allow execution of CommandXY.

Depending on the CommandXY type we need different kinds of Nodes for that which should inherit from our base SciJavaNodeModel & Co:

0port : 1port (Source)
1port : 0port (Sink)
1port : 1port (Default)
