Issue #21: Add functionality to not erase changed fabrics on randomize #27

This PR fixes #21.

Changes:

I have:

added: changedFabrics hook;
added generateWithoutChanged function to the generateImages.js;
added randomizeExceptSelected function to the Homepage.js;
moved the code for the "Randomize Fabric Placement" function from the .onClick() method to a separate randomizeAllNew function;
added a button "Randomize Not Changed" button and renamed "Randomize Fabric Placement" into "Randomize".
