What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the tool (grabRootCAs.pl) at \certs\tool\.
What is the expected output?
I expect it to work - create the as3 file.
What do you see instead?
curl: (7) Failed to connect to host
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: latest from svn.
OS: Vista x32
Fix:
This can be fixed by changing:
