Thanks for reporting this. It seems that duckduckgo stopped handling redirects, so this approach doesn't work anymore. I'll look into alternatives, but I don't think there are any.

Edit: Seems that renovatebot uses togithub.com: https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/blob/ee2e155f1fd032ec77bed942ee7b797137bb5dd2/lib/platform/github/massage-markdown-links.ts#L18
