chore(kno-5363): add the connected channel tags to the example apps

This adds a toggle to the two slack apps to show or hide the connected channel tags. I didn't want to add a toggle to our react package since we aren't using it in any of our offered components, so this is just a simple one that i've duplicated across both these apps for now. We can replace it with our real toggle when we get it in here.
