Make re button to repeat previous sentence #61

This is the button currently labeled "Re". It currently just restarts the reading of the entire article. It's possible that a button for restarting the entire article isn't very useful and that changing it to a "go back a sentence" button may be more used.

Could take care of #2, but may need to be part of control area instead/as well.
