Needs debugging in another environment (for devs only) #83

This is for small bug issues that need a developer to test them in the environment in which the error occurred. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, these individual issues will be put on the wish list unless they seem especially numerous.

Page: http://www.quora.com Error: No error reported, bar doesn't appear if you click inspector then refresh and then scroll down and try to read selected text. Also, some times when you select some text to read, the logs show that it captures the text fine but the bar doesn't appear. https://www.quora.com/If-President-Trump-get-impeached-by-Congress-who-will-be-dragging-him-out-of-White-House (Problem was spotted here for instance)

Problem: Custom version of project was being used. Solution: Use project as-is or debug custom version.
