Improve EssentialsX /fix command #132

The /fix command of EssentialsX is supposed to repair a broken item, but that obviously won't work well on custom items. I could use some command preprocess event to hijack the command in case it is being used on a custom item.

Note: I might need to check if the user has the right permission.
