Mimic integration #140

Similarly to #136 , the Mimic plug-in could be used to improve compatibility with other plug-ins.

Custom Items 9.14 will have partial Mimic integration: it will register its custom items to Mimic, but can't use Mimic items that are registered by other plug-ins in crafting recipes.
