lxc config updates for Debian 10 #7

G'day, thanks for the fun learning experience :) Had to tweak some config and scripts to get it running on Debian 10.

Yes, the thing should be changed to use Debian Buster. I should have done that 1.5 years ago.

Actually, a few days ago I yolo upgraded the vm in which I have this running to Buster and it's on my todo list to see if everything still works. Thanks for giving me a head start and taking time to share the changes.

Ok, I'm working through the thing from A-Z myself now, adding all other stuff that I encounter. Work in progress.

Thanks a lot again for jump-starting the work for changes needed. I fixed the double-dot typo, the ipv4.address stuff and tested a bunch of things again myself. I changed the git commit messages a bit to make them somewhat look consistent... and also added a few other changes for things that I encountered, and... a little 'Cleanup' section on a few pages, since that was always missing, and I heard someone say that it was confusing to try start a new tutorial page when you still have all the other stuff from the previous one up and running...

Closing now. Your work has been added, github just does not understand that it's merged.
