Add new profiles RAID1C3 and RAID1C4 #25

Hello,

I started using RAID1C4, and discovered that it was announced as "single" by python-btrfs.

With this commit, it should be OK for both RAID1C3 and RAID1C4.

Hi! Thanks a lot for preparing this.

I added the commit to my develop branch.

I changed two things in volumes.py:

(cosmetics) Move the new c3 and c4 up and put it right after raid1 instead of at the end of the table, so that the complete thing is in the same order as in the kernel code. This makes it visually easier to compare the two in the future again without having to jump around.
(bug) Fix the devs_increment values to be 3 and 4, instead of the wrong value 2 that both had.

(Your branch is no longer needed, but github can't properly handle the case where someone applies changes manually, so this shows as ugly big red closed sign.)
