Rewrite setup.py, add conda recipe #8

I improved the setup process, making it ready for pip/PyPi and conda/Anaconda distribution.

TODO:

restructure package (unify knossos_python_tools, knossos_utils and knossos_cuber into a single knossos_utils package with knossos_cuber and knossos_cuber_gui declared as scripts via setuptools? This needs some discussion. Opinions?)
add installation instructions and notes about minimum requirements
add PyPi metadata to setup.py
(not as urgent) consider Python 3 support
