The draw module has sat uncompleted for a long time, and it's not clear that we need it within the context of melon; however, it's not clear that it would be entirely useless to have either. For example, it could be used in GUIs for utilities. Even if a full OpenGL-like API is out of scope, it may still be useful for this case alone.
