PatientFileDetailsBlock -> Change ListViewer to TreeViewer #8

Change the ListViewer to a TreeViewer.

ContentProvider remains ArrayContentProvider
LabelProvider to WorkbenchLabelProvider

The TreeView should look like this:

Therapy01
- Result01
- Result02
- Result03
Therapy02
Therapy 02

Note: Therapy objects AFAIK need to be attached to an EntityManager to lazy load the TherapyResult instances. So don't close or dereference it.
