update the manual:wss didn't work on 4.0 the rest worked fine thanks

It was tested on acer A500 Android 4.0.3-(failed to connect)

Hi,

I've released ver.0.7.0. The WSS protocol is now available on Android 2.3 or higher. Could you test it on your device?
