Hide action drop-down on connector pages #116

Maybe add relevant actions ("Update", "Retract" for own nanopublications) as buttons below.

Also, Update/Retract buttons should lead back to connector page.

Having second thoughts on this on. I think having the action menu there is fine, as long as it's not empty. For now at least.

Empty action menus are hidden with 4a503b8b80710f6ef79e202400dc0964425b7642.
