Add "show template" item in action menu #126

Similar to "edit as derived nanopublication" but without deriving any content from the given nanopublication.

Done with cb99c7960d1ac5e0652dd7129fb57da75d1bdbef.

"create new with same template" opens an empty form with the same template that the given nanopublication was created from. "use template" is only available for template definition, and shows the template in form view.
