Improve Channel view #141

Allow for list view where each nanopublication has a single line and can be expanded.

List view have been showing only header/footer info for nanopubs for a few months, addressing the core of this point.

With the small layout fix of ea1fb2b23e4bf9f2f1b820da0e8ca95359f73006, this can be closed.
