The publish form should support "fill action" that are specific as URL parameters, e.g. fill-actions=populate-authors,add-labels, and that trigger specific hard-coded actions to fill in the form differently. This is needed for editors to easily publish final versions of accepted nanopublications in the scope of the journals.
These actions will probably be needed:
populate author list; make creators authors
replace provenance and fill with DOI
add label triples for any un-labeled items in assertion and provenance
