Filter out dummy ORCID accounts #155

ORCID accounts https://orcid.org/1234-1234-1234-1234 and https://orcid.org/0000-0000-0000-0000 are used as dummy accounts and should be filtered out.

Fixed with bdac155f6eeeea309e3239f403e11b72a1c5b6cc.
