User pages also for people who don't have nanopub introductions #156

Some people like co-authors of accepted nanopublications who haven't published an introduction themselves currently don't get user pages. When clicked on these users we only get the much less informative Explore page.

We should make user pages also for these users, so we see "latest accepted nanopubs" etc.
