Preview before publication #17

Final nanopublications should be preview-able before publication.

The whole nanopublication could be encoded in the URL for this. So, we don't need to store any preliminary nanopublications server-side. It would also allow for easy sharing of preliminary nanopublications.

This preview step should alsoe allow to preview what the form will look like in the case of template definitions.
