Process "param_..." URL parameters after "supersede/derive/use" parameters so they can be used jointly

Using them together makes the "supersede/derive/use" part fail, because the pattern no longer matches after having applied "param...". Processing the "param..." parameters afterwards allows us to override what was in the existing nanopub and to encode this in a URL.
