Allow users to easily switch to other Nanodash instances #78

This is in particular important when retracting or updating nanopublications of the user that is logged in but created the nanopublication to be retracted or superseded on another instance.

This is now done with c83699fc9206513a1d9b44b6738b89a9067ae89e for the drop-down action menus that automatically link out to the right Nanodash instance.
