Make Nanodash UI nicer and more consistent. In particular, we should think about the colors for the nanopublications. Changing them should be ideally coordinated with the nanopub community and the developers of other tools currently using these colors.

Done with the redesign. Can be re-considered later, but this issue can be closed at this point.
