Improve statement ordering from templates #80

Doesn't work properly for the "derived from unpublished manuscript" provenance template, for example.

With the latest version fec42316692cbc3674b753f2ecd27ddd559ab1c6, this is resolved. Statements are not just ordered according to the template, but the same template-filling process as in the publish form is now also applied for read-only views.
