Allow for default values in templates #82

So textfields can be filled-in but are changeable.

Done with 15f00e0fdd40f7735eae08dcfd35615a7c929449.

For this, a new predicate https://w3id.org/np/o/ntemplate/hasDefaultValue was introduced.
