Highlight entities to be "introduced" in publishing form #97

"Introduced" entities are those that the given nanopublication mainly introduces, such as the class for a class definition nanopub. They are marked as such in the template (and corresponding triples are added in the pubinfo) but this is currently not visible in the publishing form.
