Properly integrate feature to select/specify target namespace for nanopublication #98

Default namespace is http://purl.org/np/, but this can be overridden by specifying hasTargetNamespace in the assertion tempalte or with the target-namespace URL parameter. This functionality should be properly integrated in the UI.
