Properly recover from errors #21

Now, when errors happen (e.g. connection errors to MongoDB), Nanopub Registry simply goes into 'hanging' state. It should be able to recover from that state.

Should be solved with 80ee5b4982ac858b01b82a9f339368f5c0fc10b1. Will need some more testing.
