Hanging after write error #24

Nanopub Registry hangs after a while with message:

Write operation error on server 172.17.0.1:27017. Write error: WriteError{code=11000, message='E11000 duplicate key error collection: nanopub-registry.trust-paths_loading index: _id_ dup key: { _id: "@" }', details={}}.

This seems to have been caused by transactions not running properly, and has been resolved with commits up to d6ec6862315d0e5fdd0f9b506b109609c8125b2e.
