Remove attributes that are no longer being delivered due to CDM integration: RELIGION, AGE_AT_SEQ_REPORTED_YEARS (will be added back in later)
Rename CDM attributes: CURRENT_AGE_DEID -> AGE_CURRENT, GENDER -> SEX
Cleanup AZ repo on each run of the update-az-mskimpact.sh script
