- add_clinical_attribute_metadata_headers.py : altered to allow cdd override from file
- clear_cbioportal_persistence_cache.sh : has nci updates
- clear-persistence-cache-shell-functions.sh : has nci updates
- detect_samples_with_problematic_metadata.py : archer-solid-cv4 gene panel now accepted
- updateCancerStudies.py : mysql8 reserved words fix
- dmp-import-vars-functions.sh : added datadog logging (+ cvr fetch memory)
- fetch-dmp-data-for-import.sh : expanded drop dead timing throughout dmp
- fetch-and-import-dmp-data-wrapper.sh : cutoff for DMP import is later, set temp dir for spring batch
- mycrontab : dmp wrapper starts later
