Foundation data for MSK brain tumor patients (Mellinghoff) #25

Run foundation data import pipeline for MSK brain tumor patients. Data can be found in: dashi-dev:/data/cbio-portal-data/foundation

Original data should be move to: cbio-portal-data (repos) /MELLINGHOFF/2015

and staging files should be place in cbio-portal-data (repos)/gbm/mellinghoff/2015

Note, we need to clean ... before checking into mercurial. We also need someone on Ingo's team to provide mappings between MRN and de-identified DMP Id.
