Update/Test CVR Fetcher for Schema Updates

• [x] Update model to use CT in addition to sample coverage
• [x] Test changes for archer on dev server
• [x] Confirm with Mihir sample coverage is still used for actual sample coverage values in other cohorts

  
  We are fixing a misrepresented field value for archer cases; “sample_coverage” in our API. For archer cases, the cycle threshold value was being populated in “sample_coverage” field.

Updates are ready from our end to fix this and following are the changes:

New Field will be added to metadata: “ct” (integer) “ct” value will be populated for archer cases and “sample_coverage” will be null.

confirmed that "CT" - CYCLE_THRESHOLD is being popoulated with new code confirming with Mihir whether this compeltely replaces CT or whether is another attribute
