certbot installation on the g2s node is out of date, but still limping along. A re-run of the certificate renewal script succeeded (it had been disabled because of a fail-retry deadlock which occurred during the mysql8 upgrade).

when this is moved to the v2 account, a new version of certbot should be installed.
