Ambar from AstraZeneca reached out about an issue in last week's data delivery containing a sample with no gene panel. I traced it through our data and the sample is present in msk_solid_heme, its entry in data_clinical_sample.txt has no data other than sample ID and patient ID:

This entry used to have data - Mar 28 commit hash 6208f39623297eaf5b4a6274ea960910836a66fe (msk-impact repo) is when it lost the data. There were several failures the night before this commit on Mar 27. I wasn't able to requeue the sample successfully and can't find it on the masterlists for any of the cohorts.
