variant page canonical transcript does not match with the gene page canonical transcript. For https://deploy-preview-92--signaldb.netlify.app/variant/9:g.133729499G%3EA we have NM_007313.2 by default but for https://deploy-preview-92--signaldb.netlify.app/gene/ABL1 we have NM_005157 by default.
Reason: The canonical transcript on variant page is from annotation_summary.transcriptConsequenceSummary.
