Need to find evidence about help sections #14

There's a lot of expert opinion out there about how to make a good "help" section, but I haven't been able to find many studies or resources that are based on evidence. We should find some to get some and incorporate their findings.

From Caitlyn Timmings/Julia Moore:

-Under Section 3.3 Development Steps: -Step 8 describes creation of a help function (more information about why this is important is also provided in the Notes section (#40/#41). I would be interested in the standards or recommended practice around how help should be provided to web users (e.g., email access to team member, linked to online tutorials, phone support, etc.) to be detailed in this document.

Old, but could be of use.
