Refactoring Vuex Store and Other Minor Changes

The mutations have been refactored to use an all-caps naming scheme to differentiate from actions. In addition a number of params and variables have been renamed with more descriptive names.

• Fixes issue where crosshairs store and show state was not being correctly updated.
• Adds a flag that allows one to enable/disable automatic advancing between scans after a decision is made.
• Minor improvements to code (e.g. using === instead of == on some comparisons).
• Reverse sort order for ratings in decisionToRating.
• Add missing await in several locations.
• Update call to loadAllUsers to use regular form in ProjectUsers.
• Extracts timeout related variables into constants file.
• Renames reset function in TimeoutDialog to continueSession.
• Adding some TS types to code.
• Renames Vuex store functions:
  • getData -> getImageData
  • getArrayName -> getArrayNameFromFilename
  • getScan -> loadScan (action)
• Removes unused Vuex methods:
  • wholeState (getter)
  • setCurrentWindowWidth (action)
  • setCurrentWindowLevel (action)
• Removes unused ColorMaps
• Removes unused constants
• Updates Vue test related dependencies.

I'm going to temporarily the playwright test. It's failing because we need to setup the entire back-end so that it has something to connect to and that is beyond what we can do atm.

We can continue to use playwright to test locally in the meantime.
