CoinMarketCap API Version 1 will be taken offline soon. #2582

Heads up! A note at the top of the CMC API Documentation page reads "Public API Version 1 will be taken offline on November 30th, 2018"... so we'll have to port the CoinMarketCapExchange code over to Version 2.

I know this is an old issue, but now v2 also is already deprecated: https://api.coinmarketcap.com/v2/ticker/

I guess this issue can be closed in favor of #2900
